So every now and then I get the idea that I will make something more exciting for our FHE treat besides the typically easy brownies or ice cream, so this week I attempted cream puffs. They are a bit of work but they turned out pretty good. 
Everyone liked them except Jenna. (she really wouldn't give them a try) she always just goes for the plain vanilla ice cream. I'm not sure I did them exactly right because the recipe said after they are baked slice them open and remove any small amounts of dough that may be left but there was a lot of dough left in mine. I filled them with chocolate pudding mixed with whipped cream. I guess I'll have to try it again and see if I can do better.
