Shannon went with a group of about 20 people to WFHS Winter Formal. She wasn't going to go but then decided to go ahead and ask someone. She asked Lincoln Conway. He is a boy in our stake who used to be in our ward. He is a great kid. Their "day" date was making a movie. They all picked out of a hat a characteristic that they had to have and then made a fishing movie. Shannon's characteristic was that she was a germ-a-phobic. She had to wipe everything down before she would touch it. Lincoln's was that he was a bragger. He bragged about everything. They all had alot of fun. They had dinner at one of the girls homes and then had the dance there too because the school dance environment doesn't even come close to the standards we would want our kids to be around. I was proud of them for making that choice. 
Shannon had lots of fun. It is so nice to have good kids for your children to hang around. It makes being good alot easier!I'm so proud of Shannon, she is really turning into a beautiful Young Woman, INSIDE and OUT!
