Rachel had a
loooonnnnngggg celebration of her birthday..... She started 3 days early. She had her birthday party on a
Wednesday after school. Several girls came home with her on the bus and then more came as the time went on.
They had fun eating candy and junk.... swimming in the hot tub.....
eating sloppy
joes and chips.....
having angel food cake with
sherbet in the middle
and playing "heavy heavy hangover thy poor head" with the birthday presents.
On her actual
birthday she woke up to this! I said "Rachel! Heavenly Father gave you a present!" She wasn't so thrilled about it although it melted by the mid afternoon.
We watched General Conference which isn't the most thrilling thing you can do on your birthday but she was a good sport.
After conference Aunt Linda and Aunt Susan's families came over and celebrated with us.
She is most excited to be able to go to Young Women's now and also to be able to wear make up. It is hard to believe that I only have one more left in primary. Happy Birthday
