"It's Snowing!!!...um...WAS snowing."

On Monday this is what the view was looking across the street to Grandma's house. If you look REALLY close you can see snow falling! Ok, it only lasted for maybe 3 minutes but listening to my girls you would have thought that it was a blizzard!

If they get this excited about this much snow, what will it be like when it REALLY snows?! Living in Utah has brought many new 1st's for them. Shannon's first time scraping frost off
her car window and having to start her car 20 minutes before she leaves so the defroster can keep up. She came running in the first time and said "Dad there is this much frost on my windows" (holding her fingers about an inch apart) Spencer had to help her scrape it off with a pancake turner... needless to say, she is now the proud owner of her very first Ice Scraper!!

First snow they have seen fall from the sky....

First time being able to see Grandma and Grandpa's anytime they want

First time being able to go to a cousins baby blessing and seeing her when she was only a few weeks old instead of 2 years old.

First time experiencing real FALL weather, crunching in the leaves and seeing the beautiful colors.

First time living without their big brother

ah, so many firsts and many more to come. Change is hard but good.
