One of the advantages of living in Utah is being so close to BYU. It makes Spencer's heart soooo happy! We took the opportunity to go to the Homecoming game and parade. We had two extra tickets since Shannon was going to the Sadie Hawkins dance so we invited Grandma and Grandpa. The parade was short and sweet. but full of spirit and fun! (Shannon viewed the pics and decided there were ALOT of cute guys at BYU.... hmmm where to go for college?) anyway. After the parade we had some time to kill so we went to the Bean museum. (no not beans....just the name) It was full of Animals from all around the world. There was a whole wall of animals that are from Africa. It will be interesting to see if Brad ever sees any of them. So after the museum, we made a trip to costco and ate there before we left for the game. Our seats were in the AA (very top) section, row 34...(3 rows from the top) so it was quite a climb getting to them. Grandpa did great even with his two replaced knees!
The girls drew BYU on their faces with blue paint (can't figure out how to get the pics off my phone...) and THANKFULLY they won!!
We took Grandma and Grandpa back to their car and then headed up to Aunt Maria's house to sleep for the night, because our niece Reagan was getting blessed the next day!
We had a great time!! Brad was very jealous and expects to have season tickets when he gets back.. :) we'll see....

Did you go to the party in the parking lot -- with all the games and stuff..... we always leave with free t-shirts, footballs, and all kinds of junk... So fun! After Ryan graduates and we are free again in the fall-- we will have our season tickets back.
