How many doctor visits can you fit into one week?
Well, I think we are trying for a record here in the Kendall family. Monday Shannon had an appt to re-check her knee. It is doing great! no more physical therapy for now. She and Spencer said it was pretty much a waste of driving there. Michelle also had an appt later that day and all is well with her. Tuesday Rachel had an appt with Dr Leavitt (our primary care dr) for a follow up on all the stuff. He was so glad to see her (alive that is). He said when he saw all the reports rolling in about her he said, "oh crap!" ohhh, Dr Leavitt!! Anyway, he was glad to see her. Wednesday (today) we went for a recheck on her blood levels. It is up so we have to adjust the cumiden thus ANOTHER prescription. (The pharmacist and I are getting to be quite good friends! She knows me by sight now and asks how Rachel is doing) Tomorrow Spencer has a Dentist appt to finish off a crown or something like that and Rachel has an appt with the surgeon to check her tummy. (still has a hole and draining) Brad has to pick up some contacts at the eye doctor today also. so.....how many does that make and how much MONEY was that?!!! YIKES!! If you wanted to you could also count all of Jenna's therapy things which would be one on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday oh ya and then a social group they just added her to on Friday! Sheeze! I feel like I live in my car now!!

Sounds like you need some time for yourself. Hang in there! I feel your pain sometimes and wonder what life would be like to not have to go to the doctor at least once a week.
I think it's funny that the first comment on this post is from Cindy...I was about to say 'Cindy is probably the authority on how many dr. appointments you can squeeze into one week." :) Isn't it great to have friends to commiserate with?!
Just think how boring life would be without your kids! And time in the car can be a good thing: one-on-one time with a child--just talking.
In the blink of an eye they will all be grown and you will look back on these days wistfully--and have some disposable income! :0)
Hey, I was just sitting here playing on my computer when I should be doing a millon other things and decided to look at other's blog links and ran into yours. I have been wondering how you guys are doing for the past several years. I cant beleive how much your kids are growing up. That is so scary about Rachel. I hope she is doing better. We will spend plenty of time with Carter in the hospital. He had to have another open heart surgery about a year ago and now they expect more to come. We have a blog too, that I dont keep very updated, but if you want to check it out sometime feel free. I am glad to have found you.
